As the creative force behind one of the first mass-market OTT networks dedicated to women, an award-winning multimedia production company, and a strategic marketing consultancy, her entrepreneurial spirit resonates with women and people of color globally.
Cathleen's media prowess extends to her roles as Executive Producer and Host of the Telly award winning iWoman Report on iWoman TV, the talk show Chic Chat, and the hit docu-series We Are The Joneses, which she created, executive, produced, and starred in. Her multiple Emmy nominations and EMMY award while reporting and anchoring the news at New York’s MY9 and Fox5 news broadcasts, are a testament of her diverse talents and journalistic integrity.
A true influencer, Cathleen utilizes her platform to inspire change and uplift others around the world. In 2008, she founded the Trigg House, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, to provide resources for foster children aging out of the system, a cause deeply personal to her journey, having started her life out in an orphanage and in foster care.
