I remember when I started Black Women Empowered almost 12 years ago, I had no idea that today we would have over 3 million followers on social media. I had no idea what I was doing or what the outcome was going to be, and I didn't even see the clear vision at the time, but what I did know was that this is what God had for me to do and I was going to do. I started with a group on Facebook with just over 200 women encouraging them every day to reach for the stars and follow their dreams. What would've happened if I didn't listen to the voice in my head, which I believe was God telling me to uplift and encourage women, I can tell you there would be no Black Women Empowered.
Many times God gives us a vision and we don't follow through with it because we're afraid of failure. We don't believe we have the resources. We don't believe that we are the correct person for that assignment. We let people talk us out of it and it goes on and on. If you are a believer, you know that the devil is always trying to get you not to fulfill your purpose but why give him that power. You have what it takes to fulfill what God has placed in you and only you can do it.
One thing that I can tell you is that if you go into anything focusing purely on how much money you're going to make, you may be successful, but you may never be fulfilled so write the vision, make it plain and follow through with it stop procrastinating. The time is now and you are the one to get the job done. No one else can do it but you.
As always, I love you and there's absolutely nothing that you can do about ❤️

Thanks for the encouraging words. Good morning. God bless you
Blessings, Dr. King, I receive this!
You’re preaching to the choir with that message. I can relate 100% to what you said. I’m dealing with similar issues and trying to move past it right now.
